Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your jewelry in the original box and include the packing slip before attaching the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund status.
